How it's built

Aluminium dents. That's the point.

Polycarbonate cracks and goes in the bin. An aluminium-magnesium shell takes the hit, keeps your things intact, and wears the mark. Every case ships with a dent-repair kit and a panel-replacement promise for ten years.

The sizer

Built to 55 × 40 × 20. Not 23.

Most aluminium cabin cases are 23 cm deep, which is 3 cm over Ryanair's Priority limit and the reason you get pulled aside at the gate. Ours is 20. It costs us 3 litres of volume and saves you £36 every time you fly.

FAQ

Questions people ask before buying.

Will the Cabin 20″ fit Ryanair's free bag?

No. Ryanair's free bag is 40×20×25 cm (under-seat). The Cabin 20″ is sized for the Priority / 10 kg bag allowance at 55×40×20 cm. It fits easyJet, Jet2, BA, TUI and Wizz Priority cabin allowances as standard.

Does aluminium scratch and dent?

Yes, and we think that's the appeal. Scuffs and dents are cosmetic; the frame and locks keep working. Every order includes a dent-repair kit and panels are replaceable under warranty.

What's the 100-day trial?

Use it, fly with it, and if you don't love it send it back within 100 days for a full refund. We collect it from your door. Dents from use don't void the trial.

Where do you ship from, and how fast?

Orders are dispatched from Nottingham. Free tracked delivery to mainland UK in 2–3 working days; next-day available for £6.95. Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands 3–5 days.

Is there a warranty?

10 years on frame, shell, locks, wheels and handle. Airline damage is covered. Wear from use isn't a fault, so it won't be refused as one.
